I know it’s been years but I removed the arms and motor out the back, the motor will turn with power but acts like it’s not able to move once it’s in twin with the arms. Is that reason to replace it or am I missing something?

any ev can use that provided they have the tesla to J1772 adapter for a non-tesla. I have the lectron 40 amp adapter for my ID.4 VW and i use Tesla destintion chargers all the time while at hotels and traveling. To say its only for tesla is wrong and inaccurate

Long time glass guy here. I have done a bunch of these and it's much easier to just take the whole regulator out and clean it up and relube while doing the motor. If you take it out and have the motor in hand, it's much easier to find the correct motor.

i have a 91 bronco . had it since 2010. cant wait to start fixing the tailgate window.i would like to see a video of how to get the window to go down so i can bring the gate down.

Looks like you ran into the same problem I had. They gave me the side window motor instead of the tailgate motor. Tailgthrate motor has a round body and the 3 bolt holes match up properly on the regulator.

Has the box ever been stolen, in between the time you and the Turo buyer got to the vehicle?

Turo is a scam! I recently rented a car with Turo, I returned the car exactly where I found it later the owner claimed that he couldn’t find the car. A month later he said he found it and they were charging me $3000 for damages. I asked them if they have a police report considering the vehicle and they haven’t emailed me proof of anything. No police reports, no pictures of damages.All they want is your money. I will never use Turo again!
